In this role you will
Lead Product Teams
You will be mixing with our clients, designers, developers, UXers, and many more. You will know how to get them onside and heading in the same direction to hit the outcomes.
Build Strong Relationships
You will spend your day chatting with everyone and anyone. You aren't intimidated by the C-suite, you respect everyone's craft and you build personal and long term relationships.
Hold & Delivery Product Vision
You hold the product vision and are able to plan ahead to ensure a smooth delivery of digital products. You have the ability quickly switch context from a detailed task through to critical, strategic thinking.

The fine details:
We work collaboratively and consider clients part of the team, so there will be plenty of interaction with our multidisciplinary team and clients on a face to face basis.
Key responsibilities
Understand client requirements and translate them into approaches that meet product needs.
Lead cross-functional product teams (made up of our clients and Hatchd team members) to set product roadmaps and bring them to life.
Lead and manage all aspects of product delivery: running stand ups, managing scope, prioritising tickets and producing reports for clients.
Build strong relationships with our clients. You will be their day-to-day contact, anticipating and responding to their needs.
Identify opportunities to improve our clients’ products.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
You don’t need to be comfortable with everything in this list, but we’d love it if you…
Have 5+ years in a role contributing to digital product delivery.
Feel comfortable multitasking and quickly switching context from a detailed task through to critical, strategic thinking.
Are a communicator, able to work with clients and internal teams at all levels of business.
Have excellent client and stakeholder management skills.
Have experience and familiarity with product lifecycles.
Are comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
Have an obsessive attention to detail and uncompromising high standards.
