Due to limited time, we needed to get the Healthengine subject matter experts to impart their specific knowledge to our team to set them on the right direction to explore and discover solutions rapidly.

Healthengine, Australia’s largest consumer healthcare platform, is on a mission to transform humanity’s health, one care experience at a time.

Positioning more healthcare services become available virtually, growing the Healthengine platform to respond to these factors was of paramount importance.

Healthengine engaged Hatchd as a UX/UI design partner and injection of innovative thinking to help rapidly tackle the following question:

How could we better connect our users to health practitioners in a simple, accessible way, while helping to ensure professional and personal patient and practitioner fit?

Hatchd moved quickly to understand the client context, and went from problem statement, to ideas, to concept, to design in the space of 1 week.
