FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
With a veritable smorgasbord of industry experience, Anna founded Hatchd in pursuit of solving problems for clients, and helping them discover what awaits them just beyond their perceived limitations. Since then, she has been the living embodiment of balance, modelling how to be truthful yet empathetic, and how to be firm yet gentle.
Spoiler: you don't need stilettos.

FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
A master in marketing with a knack for foretelling disruption before it arrives, Marc founded Hatchd and plays the stalwart role of visionary. With a proven track record of founding several award winning digital service companies, he is always pushing for honest innovation, and demonstrates every day how banter and subject matter knowledge can get you a long way in the world of digital.
MARINA
HEAD OF CLIENT ENGAGEMENT & DELIVERY
Marina forged the beginnings of her career in Brazil working on big brands such as Nestle, LG, Pepsi and VISA. Passion, commitment and hard work personified, Marina worked her way from delivery manager to her place in our leadership team. She has shaped and shipped a service (among many others) that helps the WA community be better prepared for bushfires.
AMY
PRODUCT MANAGER
Amy honed her craft in the years working in large agencies across London, Sydney and Melbourne. Her desire to work with specialist product teams to deliver real world impact led her to Hatchd. Since then Amy has lead a cross functional team to encourage West Australians to have their COVID vaccines.
DEANNE
PRODUCT & STUDIO MANAGER
Straight out of university, Deanne landed her first role at Hatchd writing social content for brands. Since then she has held a variety of roles focused on delivery and studio management over the last 10 years. She is currently one of the senior product managers and leads complex and highly specialised product teams to deliver client outcomes like Artrya's product Salix.
CAITLYN
QA TESTER
Caitlyn got an invitation to join the flock before she even left university. Her desire to learn and her curious nature has her asking questions beyond her years. Equipped with her test suite and eye for detail, Caitlyn helped to keep a fast moving Artrya delivery team honest, and their product quality high.
BRYAN
DIRECTOR GOVERNMENT PARTNERSHIPS
Bryan spent the majority of his career within the finance sector, working with both government and large corporates. He came out of his 2 week retirement to help Hatchd navigate the multi-faceted world government partnerships, while expanding his digital currency. Bryan focuses on leading and growing relationships at all levels of government.

ACCOUNTANT
Taryn has over 20 years of accounting experience, seeing it all across a variety of industries. She brings her keen insight and worldly experience everyday to Hatchd, ensuring our business is sustainable and healthy.
LEIGH
LEAD Senior Developer
Leigh started at a small agency, building websites across a diverse set of industries. He came to Hatchd with the goal of sharpening his ninja development skills and nurture his leadership instincts. Leigh has developed beautiful, highly functional interfaces connecting livestock buyers and sellers on the Agora product.
CHRIS
LEAD Senior Developer
Fresh faced with his Mechantronics degree, Chris found his way into the Perth start up scene producing solid web platforms. He arrived at Hatchd to expand on his development skills and has proven to excel in not only his coding, but people skills too. He has led teams in architecting services for critical software from sharks to hearts.

LEAD Senior Developer
A man with many past lives, Ed worked at several agencies in the UK and found his happy place of building shiny yet dependendable user interfaces. Constantly on the lookout for the new and exciting, he came to Hatchd looking to enhance his own skills, and now finds himself in a leadership role within the tech team. He is helping engineers stay engaged by gamifying their employee recognition and rewards experience.
GRANT
Software Developer
With a talent for developing exceptional websites, Grant took his first steps into the world of digital products by building one of his own. Wanting to explore that world further, he brought his coding talent and electric, easygoing nature to Hatchd.
EOIN
Senior Software Developer
Eoin has come to development from a range of different industries including big pharma, banking and insurance. Hailing from Ireland, Eoin wanted to dabble in the consulting life with a variety of projects. He has helped cardiologists diagnose arterial blockages in record time via bulletproof UI development.
JOHNATHAN
Junior Software Developer
Johnathan began writing code for a startup focused on VR educational training suites. He came to Hatchd to expand his skill sets as a back-end developer by turning his hand to Python, Django and Django REST framework.
ZUBAIR
Software Developer
A guru in all things backend engineering, Zubair is undertaking his masters in Cyber Security and has worked acrosa a range on industries including government and ASX listed companies. He brings to Hatchd a positive can do attitude and a passion for backend technologies and DevOps stacks.
ERNEST
Experience Director
Having spent his foundational years in one of the big 5 consultancies, Ernest now uses his analytical mind to solve complex, human centred problems - with commercially tinted glasses, here at Hatchd. He has since co-architected product ecosystems, including Agora - a service that aims to return bargaining power to livestock producers.
CRAIG
EXPERIENCE DIRECTOR AT LARGE
A pioneer, architect, and people whisperer all in one, Craig spent many years at Hatchd building and growing the user experience capability. He now helps guide the product design team with his guru-level experience and calming, hypnotic voice. Craig helped Hatchd get the Decipher team and product off the ground, helping agronomists and growers optimise crop yields in over 60 countries.
PASCAL
Creative Director
This globe trotting Dutchman has been working in digital for over 20 years. He found his way to Hatchd wanting to push the envelope on what can be done online. He has taken brands for a myriad of organisations to new heights - from Web3.0 organisations to leaders in the carbon emissions management space.
JERRY
User Experience Designer
A chemical engineer by trade, Jerry got in touch with his right brain through UX design. Since joining Hatchd, he's helped to keep WA informed about COVID vaccinations, cutting to the facts in a fun and friendly manner through the design of ‘Roll Up for WA’ website.
ROHAN
JUNIOR Experience Designer
A country boy at heart, Rohan joined Hatchd after working at an agtech startup. He had spent his days dedicated to resolving user pain points. His keen curiosity and desire to learn sees him produce user focused outcomes on the daily at Hatchd.
CURTIS
Visual Designer
The chosen one of two identical twins that applied to Hatchd, Curtis has been a core part of the Hatchd team, creating immersive designs and awe inspiring illustrations with unerring success. He has put real-time bus tracking in the hands of 100,000s of commuters through beautiful, intuitive designs.
LYS
User Experience Designer
From crafting brands, to building websites and mobile apps, Lys took her unicorn-like skill set to laser into the world of user experience design. Lys was instrumental in the design of a companion app for alternative medication, the first of its kind.
